Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, project location, project description, photographs, messages, and appointment preferences. Our current website inquiry form prepares an email on your device. The form does not upload or save your entries on a server. We receive the inquiry when you send the prepared email or contact us directly.
When you communicate by phone or text, our communications providers process phone numbers, message content, timestamps, and delivery or call details. If you leave voicemail, its recording is available to us so we can respond. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive identification documents in a project inquiry or text message.
How we use information
We use customer information to answer inquiries, understand requested work, arrange appointments, communicate about active projects, maintain relevant business communications, and address service or technical issues. SMS consent is used only for the specific texting purpose you agreed to.
Text messaging and your choices
You may initiate a text conversation with ORCA Build Group to ask a question. We use that message to respond to the related inquiry. We obtain separate affirmative consent before sending ongoing appointment or project-update texts. Providing a phone number in our email inquiry form, calling us, or leaving voicemail does not by itself enroll you in texts. SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Information sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell or rent customer information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not transferred to another business or used for a different messaging purpose.
We use providers for website hosting, email, telephone, and messaging services. They process information needed to provide those services on our behalf, such as transmitting a message or storing a voicemail; this does not authorize them to use your SMS consent for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect our rights and address misuse of our services.
Website technical information
Our site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical access information needed to deliver and operate the site. Links that open your email or messaging app are also subject to the privacy practices of those services.
