Appointment and project updates

If you want texts about appointments or your active project, tell us during your text conversation. We will explain the update program and ask for your clear agreement before sending ongoing updates. Simply calling us, leaving voicemail, or entering a phone number in our email inquiry form does not enroll you.

How to request appointment and project updates

Ongoing appointment and project updates use a staff-reviewed, manual opt-in process. After you begin a text conversation, a staff member will send the disclosure below before asking you to agree. Your initial question permits replies about that inquiry only.
