Before you ask for a price.

Send photos of the shower, vanity and any stains or loose tile. Appearance alone cannot tell what is behind a wall, so the estimate names what we will verify on site.

Pick tile, vanity and fixtures with us before ordering. Keeping a fixture in the same spot does not guarantee the new one fits.

If this is your only bathroom, say so first. We plan the schedule so you are without a shower for as few days as possible and tell you exactly which days.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A typical full remodel of one bathroom runs 2–4 weeks on site once materials are in hand. Tub-to-shower conversions are usually shorter. The written estimate gives the schedule for your room.
Should I buy tile and fixtures first?
Bring links and model numbers first. We check dimensions, quantities and compatibility against the scope before you spend money.
Do you handle permits?
We tell you up front whether your scope needs a permit and what that involves. Permit requirements depend on the city and the work; we confirm them before the contract is signed.
