Good to know
Before you ask for a price.
01
Decide what moves and what stays before pricing. A kitchen that keeps its sink and stove locations costs a fraction of one that moves them.
02
Order cabinets only after we measure. Lead times run 4–10 weeks, so the measuring visit sets your real start date.
03
Plan a temporary kitchen. We tell you which days the water and stove are off.
FAQ
Questions about this work.
Do you design kitchens?
We are builders, not a design studio. We work from your layout, your cabinet supplier’s drawings or a designer’s plan, and tell you early if something will not build the way it is drawn.
How long does a kitchen take?
On site, 3–6 weeks for a typical remodel that keeps the layout. Add time for countertop fabrication after cabinets are in. Your estimate includes the schedule.
Can you do just part of it?
Yes — a backsplash, new flooring, cabinet painting or a single-wall update are common jobs. Smaller jobs may go through KST Handyman.
Ready when you are.
Send 2–3 photos of the room and your city. You get a price range back, not a sales call.
