Good to know
Before you ask for a price.
01
Send a photo of the underside if you can reach it. That is where we see the real condition.
02
Balcony railings are safety items. We quote standard baluster railings and tell you plainly what they look like; thin cable systems cost more and we price them separately.
03
Structural changes to a balcony usually need a permit. We tell you before the estimate, not after.
FAQ
Questions about this work.
My deck is soft in one spot. Is that a repair or a rebuild?
Sometimes a repair. We open the soft area first; if the joists and ledger are sound we fix the section, and if rot has spread we show you and price the rebuild before touching anything else.
Wood or composite?
Composite costs more up front and needs almost no maintenance. Wood costs less and needs sealing every couple of years. We price both if you want to compare.
Ready when you are.
Send 2–3 photos of the room and your city. You get a price range back, not a sales call.
